We are proud to be the only approved retailers of Stewart’s excellent knives. There are two main designs, the Bushcraft (a woodlore clone) and the Stalker, designed personally by Stewart, himself a stalker, specifically for gralloching and skinning deer. Also available to special order is the UHC designed English Stalker.
The knives and sheaths are made entirely by hand from scratch by Stewart. Using 4mm 01 tool grade high carbon steel, or RWL-34 stainless super steel, he creates a knife that is built for work. The handles are made from a variety of beautifully figured hardwoods, high tech manmade materials, horn and antler but they are all designed to be used. They are the perfect balance of craftsmanship, form and function.
You will need to prove you are over 18 when you buy a knife.
The pleasure in owning a handmade knife cannot easily be explained, but once you have it in your hand you will understand.
